Ever feel like there’s just not enough time in the day to make the most of it? Well, it turns out that certain things or activities could be slowing you down and affecting your overall well-being. Let’s take a closer look at six factors that can have a long-term impact on your health.

1. Are you too comfortable?

Strange as it may sound, not having any discomfort in life could be holding you back! When we’re too comfortable in our health conditions, we lack the motivation to make necessary changes. It’s only when the pain becomes unbearable – whether physical, emotional, or mental – that we’re driven to act. So, ask yourself: What are you tolerating? What needs to change? Then, don’t wait until your health is at risk, demand change now.

2. Screen Time Overload

Screens are everywhere – phones, computers, TVs – and they can disconnect us from nature and disrupt our well-being. Dopamine, the feel-good chemical, shouldn’t come solely from screens. Go outside and see healthier sources of dopamine like sunlight, music, meditation, exercise, and even cold showers.

3. Old Beliefs

Sometimes, leaving behind old beliefs and patterns means leaving behind our old identities, which can be difficult. But to achieve what you desire, adopting new beliefs and patterns is essential. The way we talk to ourselves influences our behaviour and even our body’s response. Working with a coach can help you shift your old mindset to embrace new beliefs and upgrade your identity.

4. The Wrong Energy from the Wrong Foods

It’s no secret that what we eat affects our energy levels. But did you know that what you eat the day BEFORE can impact your energy? This is because certain heavy foods – like meat, pastas or processed foods – eaten the previous day can actually take energy away from restoration and force your body to use it for digestion instead. Opting for a healthy meal is great for boosting energy, but it’s equally important to choose the right foods the day before. Focus on fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds, while avoiding processed convenience foods that will drain your energy.

5. The Busy Trap

Being constantly busy can prevent us from addressing our real problems. Prioritising others and distracting ourselves keeps us from facing our own issues. Taking time for stillness and self-reflection, such as through meditation, is a precious gift we can give ourselves. It’s crucial to honour our limitations and avoid burnout by allowing ourselves time to breathe and recharge.

6. Celebrating the Small Victories

Life is a journey, not just a destination. Celebrating small wins along the way is essential to staying motivated and feeling rewarded. Celebrations are acts of self-love that signal to our bodies that our efforts are worthy and that more rewards and results are within reach. So, acknowledge your progress, celebrate your achievements, and train your body to seek even greater rewards.

Feeling inspired by this post? Then take positive action for your future! You deserve the health, love, and energy you seek. It’s time to step up and become the best version of yourself. Voting your victory!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been a Go-Go-Go type of person that can’t sit still for very long. I love it! It makes me feel so alive being energetic and ready to pounce on fun activities or tasks.

However, over time this led me to feel burnt out. I’d be full of beans but then crash at 3pm. I’d pick up again at about 6pm, then stay awake until midnight… I needed to find something to help as I started to learn my adrenals were getting hammered! I was burning out. I used caffeine as some form of band-aid to help energy levels. But we know that doing that makes the problem worse.

So I turned to meditation. But you can imagine, for an undiagnosed ADD guy like me, sitting still and looking inwards was challenging. I knew meditation would help improve my scattered attention, nervous system, focus and concentration. But along the way, I also discovered many other benefits like keeping my digestion running smoothly, maintaining a consistent level of energy during the day and improving my relationships by being an active listener. Safe to say I’m investing more time in this expansive practice.

In the beginning, I had no idea what I was supposed to do, let alone if I was doing it correctly (there are apps that teach you “how”, so no worries there). But I set myself a challenge to meditate every day for a week. After a week I noticed I was less reactive and more proactive. I was able to think more clearly and respond more effectively. I also noticed that my sleep was deeper, more restorative and I was changing my habit! I wanted to go to bed earlier (this was HUGE for me).

But the biggest lesson that I’ve taken away – Meditation puts you into the para-sympathetic system. The ‘rest and digest’ state. This is the place you need to be to heal things. To recover from things. To process things. The best part of being in the para-sympathetic nervous system is the feeling of knowing you are still energetic without the ‘Go-Go-Go’ energy from an adrenaline place. To finally have some real earth grounding energy that doesn’t rely on my mind to motivate me or need caffeine to trigger the start of the day. I like to call this the “calm as a Hindu Cow state”.

When should you Meditate?

I like first thing in the morning as you wake up, or when I get home from work in the mid afternoon. The reason to meditate then and not before bed is so you can receive the benefits while still being awake for the day or evening until sleep! Try it!

Keen to give it a ‘Go’? Here are my top tips for getting started:

• Make a “Meditation Happening” sign for your bedroom door or meditation space. This will minimise interruptions!

• Turn that phone OFF!!!! Or at least on silent or vibrate so there are no interruptions. Trust me. You don’t want a random notification interrupting as you go deeper into the time you’ve committed to.

• Sit upright on a chair or bed. Don’t lie down. Sitting on a pillow can help relax into the 20 minutes you are dedicating to yourself, and against something to support your back. My comfortable space is just a couch.

• Use a guided meditation in the beginning. There are so many fantastic apps, I’ve listed some of my favourites below. Once you’ve got the hang of it, you can give it a try on your own – no music, just you and your thoughts.

• Set a timer. When you’re new to meditation, you will be surprised how quick the time goes! And learn to resist the temptation to check how long you’ve got left. After plenty of practice, remove the timer and see where your thoughts take you.

• Remember, it’s a practice, not a perfect! Be kind to yourself, it’s ok not to be great at it. Like everything, you will improve with practice.

Check out this list of some of my favourite meditation and mindfulness apps. If you’re new to meditation, it’s a great place to start.

One Giant Mind
This is the one I’ve most resonated with as it’s consistent with using the same music and teachers. This allows or let’s you know if any big differences in your meditation happens, that it’s not the music or teachers. It’s me. This is a simple easy-to-follow program and you can expand when you are ready. This app really allows you to start slow to become comfortable and then dives deeper into meditation when you are ready.

Headspace

This app teaches the basics of mindfulness and meditation through cute animations. The free version gives you 10 days worth of guided meditations, each of which can be tailored to suit how much time you can spare. You also get some mini meditations and breathing exercises. A monthly subscription will unlock hours of extra content with topics covering everything from productivity to pain management.

Calm

Calm features a range of voice-led meditation exercises and soothing sounds from ocean waves to crackling firewood. A seven-day beginner’s program will get you started, covering basic mindful breathing exercises in short sessions. A subscription features a library of calming music and lulling sleep stories, plus masterclasses for more advanced practitioners.

Aura

Aura features short meditations – no longer than 15 minutes each. The sessions change daily and are delivered by mindfulness teachers and therapists, with the ability to save your favourite ones. The paid version will unlock more than 1000 meditations and additional features such as the “daily reflection” field where you can log your feelings and the things you’re grateful.

Insight Timer

This app fuses meditation and social networking. In addition to an extensive library of guided meditation, a world map shows you how many people are meditating and where they are. You can also add friends and discuss mindfulness topics in the groups feature. The meditation range from beginner to advanced levels, as well as short courses focused on topics such as breathing and anxiety management. The best part? It’s all free.

Smiling Mind

Another free app, Smiling Mind makes mindfulness accessible to everyone. With a simple design, its very user-friendly. It offers introductory sessions for beginners through to tailored programs for various ages (kids included).

Here’s to a new path of health that adds enormous value to yourself and how you go about your life!

I am often approached by people who have digestive issues and wonder if it’s safe to do a colon cleanse

What About if I Have Blockages or Colon Damage?

Firstly, what I would say is if you have a digestive issue that includes any blockages then it is REALLY important to take it slow. Especially if there has been any damage to the colon. In fact, I always recommend people with major digestive issues to do the 30 day colon cleanse process rather than the 4 day process. Taking 1 or 2 tablespoons of the colon cleanse mix every day for 30 days is still going to bulk things up enough to get some really good cleansing going on for you.

I would also highly recommend eating oatmeal every day. Get yourself some good quality organic oats – I like the steel cut oats but any kind that aren’t “instant oats” are great because they are less processed. Eating a bowl of oatmeal every day will add more good fibre into your system.  And buy yourself some mission figs – oh my god they taste so good! Figs or dates or prunes especially are great – they have very specific fibres and sugars that help the body’s natural digestive action to clean things out. If you want to boost up your protein intake you could add some hemp seeds to your oatmeal as well and if you want it a bit sweeter, add some honey.

Hydrating with Fruit

ANY fruit will be super hydrating to the digestive system. I typically recommend starting the day with fresh fruit first, even before you eat your oatmeal. Maybe even before you have your serve of colon cleanse, because the fruit will hydrate everything and get things “sliding” along and moving!

Apples are going to be the best choice for digestive function. But ALL fruit will hydrate the digestive system, give you some good enzymes, clean some things out, ferment some things that aren’t meant to be there and just get everything to move along.

If you can implement some form of intermittent fasting too that would be fantastic because it gives everything a break. So even if that just looks like waiting until 10am to have some fruit. Then have a serving of colon cleanse at 10.30-11am.

To really amp things up you could do a serve of colon cleanse in the afternoon as well! If you don’t like the taste of the colon cleanse by itself then you could definitely put it into your oatmeal, it will just bulk it up. You probably won’t even notice the taste at all!

Why You Should Make Friends With Salad

During this cleansing process, if you can eat super plant based for the whole 30 days then that would definitely be really helpful. And if you could eat 100% RAW plant based then that would be even better! If you have ever seen some of the videos of the salads I have made – amazing! And just making these salads makes me feel so good; every time I am boosting up greens I feel strong. I can feel the extra energy and power!

If you feel like you need a snack in the afternoon – try things like carrot sticks and celery. Celery is a great broom for the digestive system. When you eat celery you’ve probably noticed you end up with this ball of fibre you are trying to swallow! If you can eat 2-3 sticks of celery then that’s like colon cleansing all by itself.

Fasting for Optimal Healing

If you are dealing with a major digestive issue like a twisted colon, once you finish up your 30 days of colon cleansing, then honestly healing is going to need to include some form of extended water fasting. I know lots of people have healed their digestive conditions, and typically it takes 20-30 days to have a complete healing. That length of water fasting can be pretty full on and I wouldn’t recommend anyone do that without someone with experience monitoring you, such as a Tolman Health Coach.

Without professional assistance I would recommend trying 10-15 days on a water fast and see how you go. If you can make time for that. Water fasting requires 100% commitment so you can’t be going to work, you need to put all your focus on your healing. Once you have done some water fasting, do equal that time with juices and you are probably going to be in a really good place. You can add in things like clear vegetable broths and herbal teas while you are juice fasting too!

Coffee Enemas for the Win!

Throughout this process, whether you are fasting or not, I recommend you do daily enemas – I like to do them in the morning. Coffee enemas are super healing. Doing them in the morning will wake you up and get you going! The coffee detoxifies your liver so you will feel really good. And the whites of your eyes clear up pretty quickly from doing coffee enemas.

Just make sure you are using good, pristine, organic, fresh roasted coffee. Grind it yourself, brew it yourself and then use it in the enema straight away. The coffee is also going to stimulate the lining of the colon for healing and action and movement.

So my suggested protocol for colon cleansing with digestive issues would look like 30 days of 1-2 servings of colon cleanse, eating lots of (preferably raw) healthy food to just clean everything out and then going into a fast of 10-15 days on water and after that an equal amount of time on juice.

Once you have finished the fasting, break your fast with things like coconut yoghurt, berries and honey. Keeping it fresh with fruits! Keep that up for about a week then you can start incorporating some steamed vegetables and things like that.

Then moving back into a healthier lifestyle is obviously ideal.

I’m super excited to talk to you about my absolute favourite product. I get so much out of this, so I’m excited to share with you this product called Shilajit (“shee-luh-jeet”).

We joke around in our community and call it ‘Shit’s-la-jit’ because this shit IS legit!!

Discovery of Shilajit

A little bit of history of Shilajit… Some monks and people in the high Himalayas, legitimately, found some birds that were up against the rocks with their beaks open. They were licking this mineral from the mountain. There are places in the Himalayas, where the mountains are coming together, with big cracks and this stuff oozes out of the crack. It’s like this primordial ooze. That’s what Shilajit is, coming out of these cracks in a form similar to resin.

Over thousands and thousands of years all the trees and foliage and all these natural things that have gone underground and have been smashed together creating this primordial ooze.

Why it’s Legit

Shilajit has over 84 different amazing minerals. It also contains something specific called fulvic and humic acid. In fact, there is a lot of research about fulvic and humic acid being able to remove certain toxins out of the body very effectively.

I know there is a lot going on these days with poisoning bodies. This poisoning can be from the environment, injections, food products, and all kinds of other sources. Shilajit contains a component called C60. C60 is kind of like this soccer ball-looking nano-particle that when you consume Shilajit, it comes into the body through this nano-particle and it travels through the brain, lymphatic system, blood and everything.

These C60 balls are empty and as they move through the body, they grab onto things (toxins) with a positive charge. Things with a positive charge are like mercury, graphene oxide, pesticides, herbicides… all types of different toxins. C60 grabs onto these toxins and it clears them out through the urinary system and other means. So it detoxifies the body. It’s amazing!!

But even if it didn’t do that, the fulvic acid, specifically, is this carrier that is an amazing helper for minerals to get inside our bodies. When we get minerals inside ourselves, our bodies have the capacity to be much more efficient at making energy called ATP (adenosine triphosphate). So if there is excess glucose, or excess fatty acids (amino) and they need to be burned, fulvic acid really helps in this process.

I am so passionate about this product that I sourced it and brought it into my product range! Tolman Health Shilajit is one of the highest qualities of Shilajit available and you can get it from my online store. Direct from the Himalayan mountain source that has been highly tested. It’s purified of any potential toxicity – it’s just all the good qualities of the minerals.

Easy to Take with Big Benefits

You only need a pea-sized amount, just the smallest amount, and you simply put it in your tea, coffee, smoothie or just some warm water, and drink it. And I know, if you do this maybe once or twice a day, within about a week you are going to feel absolutely amazing.

All your cells will be getting all the minerals it needs – your brain is being fed. One of the highest benefits of Shilajit is mental clarity. Memory, mental clarity and focus will be radically improved.

Great for the Boys

There’s been a massive amount of research looking at sperm count and motility of sperm when using Shilajit. So for fertility for men, specifically, Shilajit increases motility and sperm count.

There have also been studies that show this ayurvedic herb radically increases testosterone in men between the ages 45 and 55. Now, of course, it probably increases testosterone for all men, but the study was done on healthy men in this age bracket, which is when a lot of the time, testosterone is starting to go down.

Taking Shilajit for 90 days will radically increase testosterone. The energy you will feel as a result of this is so good for being motivated, for sex, working out and just generally feeling good…about being a man.

Just as Good for the Ladies

Now that doesn’t mean it is just for men, there are so many qualities of Shilajit that are good for women as well. Any human-being who is getting more mineral content, and has the capacity to uptake those minerals, is going to have more energy and more clarity. It’s just an amazing natural resource.

As I said at the beginning, Shilajit contains components that detoxifies the body of all kinds of pesticides, herbicides, heavy metals and other things inside the body that we definitely don’t want there.

So definitely check this product out. The original name, Shilajit, actually means ‘a destroyer of weakness’. Even my Mom, after having a bad reaction to the j ab, was very weak. I got her on this stuff and shortly after she started to feel amazing. She even flew to Mexico to go on vacation, got out in the sun and got some Vitamin D.

This is one product I definitely will not live without, which is why we had to make it available to you in our online store. Give it a go – it’s amazing!

A lot of people believe that if they skip a meal, do a little fast or especially a long fast, it’s going to ruin their metabolism.

The facts are that it’s the absolute opposite.

Every scientific study that’s ever been done on extended fasting, specifically one from the University of Chicago Whole Biological Laboratories, proves that our base metabolism increases massively with extended fasting.

Firstly, we need to know what metabolism actually is. What is happening? Inside every single cell we have a nucleus that contains all our genetic information. Then we have mitochondria, like little workers outside the nucleus that control our metabolism and produce energy and replication of the cells.

The reason our metabolism decreases is because of accumulation of toxicity inside the cells. We accumulate what is called ‘cellular respiration’ or acids from the cells that are constantly producing energy and making acid.

Typically you won’t have a lowered base metabolism until you’re about 35 years or older, but it’s been proven scientifically that we can reset our metabolism at any age by ridding the cells of this toxic metabolic waste.

And the way you do that is through fasting.

A really cool thing is something that’s been kind of a fad lately – intermittent fasting. This is where you skip a meal – usually in the morning. Then you have your last meal at night, around six or seven o’clock, and you don’t eat again until say noon the next day. This actually has a massive impact on increasing metabolism and increasing our ability to digest our food, so I highly recommend looking into it.

Intermittent fasting increases metabolism and our ability to utilise and recycle protein, and it also increases insulin sensitivity. That’s the main factor implicated in longevity.

If you have insulin resistance, typically from eating too much too often and the wrong foods, it leads to diabetes and a shorter life span. Fasting increases insulin sensitivity, it increases our ability to digest our foods and use proteins, and it actually increases our metabolism.

So don’t listen to the hype if you want to increase your metabolism! In fact, the best thing you can do is an extended fast on juices or water, because by doing this you’re allowing all the cells to detox and reset themselves so you can get back to a state of health.

Remember, when you break the fast, to make sure you take on a healthier lifestyle and take it slow. When you fast, everything kind of shuts down when it comes to digestion, so it needs to be a slow process of reintroducing foods and your metabolism will be higher.

You definitely don’t want to go from juice fasting to eating McDonalds. That will create problems!

I also highly recommend you join my free Facebook Community. We have thousands of members there who can help support you in the process of doing a short fast or trying intermittent fasting. There is also lots of information about the 7 Principles of Health that will help you to move into a healthier lifestyle. And if you are interested in doing an extended fast, I have a team of Health Coaches that can support you with that.

So check out my Free Community. It’s the perfect way to get the support and the education you need to do some fasting, heal your metabolism and live a healthy lifestyle.

Cataracts are the clouding of the lens in the eye, which sits underneath the iris and the pupil.

Cataracts are the most common cause of vision loss in people over 40, and are the main cause of blindness in the world.

So, What Actually Causes Cataracts?

There are three main components that you really need to know about.

  • Toxicity and congestion
  • Nutritional deficiency, or a lack of circulation that stops the nutrients getting to where they need to be
  • Congestion in the lymph system and in circulation to the eyes.

A lot of times, people will develop a condition called glaucoma or cataracts, and there’s a lot of belief that they both happen for the same reason – either due to damage, toxicity, congestion, or nutritional deficiency. So, I want to talk about all three of these things.

How Can You Prevent Cataracts?

1) Detoxify your body

First and foremost, you need to remove any toxicity from your environment.

This is going to be things like artificial sweeteners and colours, excess fats, fried foods and things that are carcinogenic to your blood and lymphatic system. You need to overhaul and improve your diet and lifestyle in general.

And when I also say “remove toxicity”, this might also include a level of detoxification that comes from doing a fast, a colon cleanse or a liver cleanse that will really clean the body out.

The liver is directly related to the health of our eyes. This is why if you go out drinking too much, they’ll literally say, “He drank ‘til he was blind.”

When you drink too much alcohol and it messes with your liver, it shuts down enzymes that actually provide very specific qualities to your eyes for eyesight.

Often when you clean your liver, your eyesight improves. So, you need to remove the toxicity, detox everything out of the body, and then focus on nutritional efficiency.

2) Boost your nutritional levels

A key nutritional component specifically related to eye health is keratin. We have alpha keratin, beta keratin, and retinol, and these can typically all be found in green, leafy vegetables.

Carrots are a great source of beta keratin, which provides retinol for the body. There’s been research from Baylor University showing that simply eating one medium-sized carrot every single day enhances blood flow to your eyes by about 26%.

I have a product called Greens that provides a massive amount of alpha keratin, beta keratin, and retinol, so you can get all those nutritional components in just 2 teaspoons a day.

3) Eye exercises

The last one is going to be eye exercises you can do that focus on pressure points to drain the fluids, release pressure, correct your vision and, potentially prevent glaucoma and cataracts from getting worse, if they are an issue for you already.

Now, I believe that with the right amount of detoxification and fasting, you can actually reverse the damage and prevent cataracts from ever showing up. If you do these things, your body will actually remove the toxicity and rebuild all of the components so that you can have clear eyesight once again.

I’m not saying it’s going to be easy, but it’s going to be worth it.

If you feel like you might need a bit of support to get things going, you should check out my Free Community on Facebook – a whole community of like-minded souls who want to improve their health. And if you would like some one-on-one support, then definitely reach out to one of my Tolman Health Coaches!

The last thing I’ll mention is that there’s science from the University of Southern California that proves when you do three days (or more) of a water fast, your body releases embryonic-style stem cells. These stem cells have the ability to replace weak and damaged tissue in the body, and especially in the eyes.

So, I’d highly recommend looking into fasting, detoxing, getting the right nutrition, and getting rid of those cataracts so you have 20/20 vision.

Many people suffer from excess sweating, whether it’s in the armpits or palms of the hands. So I get asked a lot “Tyler, what do I have to do to stop sweating so much? It really stinks and I have to use so much deodorant!”

Sweating That Stinks

One of the things that I teach is that most commercially available deodorant contains chemicals and fragrances that are known carcinogens, so we definitely shouldn’t be putting these chemicals underneath our arms!

Our body detoxes through our skin and the largest pores are in our armpits. So when you inhibit the sweating, you also inhibit the detoxing.

The thing to understand is that if you actually stink; whether your breath stinks or you stink when you sweat, it’s caused by what’s going on internally.

Perhaps you’ve eaten some overly processed foods or dead foods and your digestive system has become backed up or something’s out of whack. Your body is detoxing from that and so the toxins that are being released are causing the bad smell that’s coming out.

As soon as you experience having a bad smell, what I recommend you to is look at what you’ve eaten in the last 24 to 48 hours. And if you’ve had a smell for a long time, it’s a sign that it’s definitely time to detoxify and cleanse yourself and then start to nourish yourself properly.

I have a free Facebook group called Tyler Tolman – Free Community, where you can learn how to open up the channels of elimination; defecation, urination, perspiration and respiration. The whole point of detoxification is to clean yourself out. A quick warning! Once you start to do it, you will probably stink even more as all the built up toxins are released, but the smell actually goes away once you’re fully clean!

Once your body has detoxed the majority of the toxins you have inside (usually only takes 3-5 days, though for some people it may take 7-10 days or more) you will literally have no smell whatsoever.

You can exercise and work up a sweat and there’s no smell. And you won’t have bad breath anymore! It really shows that by cleaning out the internal environment, you just don’t stink.

I personally haven’t used deodorant in about 20 years and I still have friends!! I can exercise, do jujitsu, run, do strength training, and I don’t have any bad smell. And I 100% know it’s because of my lifestyle.

If I do smell then I know it’s because I’ve been off track for a day or two. Often this will happen if I’ve been flying and my digestive system is backed up, so I do something about that. This is where my the Free Community group, can really help you to start to detox and take on a healthier lifestyle.

Excessive Sweating

The next thing I want to talk about is the EXCESS sweating.

Typically, excess sweating is caused by an endocrine system imbalance. It’s hormonal imbalances.

A lot of pesticides, herbicides or even plasticisers, are hormone disrupters. We need to first detoxify them out of the body and then become aware not to use as much plastic, especially plastic that leaches into our food and into the body.

We have glands called the pineal, pituitary, thyroid, thymus and adrenal glands which are part of our endocrine system. If these are out of balance, then excess sweating, or not sweating at all, can occur.

The major gland involved is called the pituitary gland. The pituitary gland regulates all the other glands so if it is out of balance, you’ll typically have excess sweating through the palms. In fact, excess sweating can be a symptom of a potential pituitary tumour.

If you have excess sweating, you will definitely want to change your lifestyle, begin to eat healthier, include some daily exercise and start really detoxifying the body.

There’s a specific set of exercises that I teach that balance the endocrine system specifically. They take about 10 to 15 minutes and if you do it every single morning, it starts to open and correct this entire system. They are called ‘The Five Tibetan Rites’. I have done a video which will take you through them and it’s free in the ‘Resources‘ section of my website.

So if you are suffering from body odour or excess sweating, firstly detoxify yourself from all the things that are causing it. Then, nourish yourself with the right nutrition and do the right types of movements and you can bring the endocrine system back into balance.

You can find all this information in my Free Community group. It’s all completely free and it will help you get on the right path to rid yourself of excess sweating and body odour so that you can live a healthy and beautiful lifestyle!

All right, this one is for you, guys.

In this video, I want to talk about erectile dysfunction (ED), and then I want to get into premature ejaculation.

It’s not something guys go around talking about a lot, but I know it is something that’s really on a lot of men’s minds out there as to why this is actually happening.

Erectile Dysfunction

First and foremost, with erectile dysfunction, there are some areas that we can definitely explore.

If you’re having a tough time getting it up, guys, it’s one of the first signs that there are some major health issues that are starting to happen.

#1 Hormones

There’s a good chance your hormones are out of balance, so we need to bring the hormones back into balance.

Now, what’s affecting hormonal imbalance? Well maybe you’ve taken steroids in the past for bodybuilding, and it’s throwing your hormones out of whack.

Maybe you’ve been on medications of some kind, or maybe you’ve been exposed to what we call ‘endocrine disruptors’. This actually disrupts the hormones of the body so that they’re not communicating properly, and erectile dysfunction is one of the side effects.

#2 Plastics

You need to avoid using plastics in your foods and drinking out of plastics that have BPAs. Choose BPA-free plastic because that’s one of the big culprits.

I recommend eating more organic, fresh fruits and vegetables. Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, all these types of things play a role in disrupting the endocrine system.

When you eat fresh fruit – oranges, bananas, (bananas are one of the greatest things for erectile dysfunction), papayas, mangoes, and apples – these all have the capacity for cleaning the lymphatic system, cleaning out all the waste, and allowing the endocrine system to function the way that it should.

#3 Movement and Diet

It really comes down to two things mainly – exercise (or movement) and diet.

I would say diet is actually more important. When you build your blood, when you clean your body out with what you’re eating, when you get that circulation happening, erections are not a problem.

And then exercising and strength training really makes a difference. I notice it all the time; as soon as I go do deadlifts, I start to do some weights, I do some jiu-jitsu, or high-intensity training, and my libido just goes through the roof.

At any age, when you get into a system of strength training and movement, along with a type of diet that’s going to clean out the bad stuff and get everything flowing, you’re going to be moving in a really positive direction.

Now, I have a program called H•E•A•L (Health, Education and Lifestyle), that is going to teach you very meticulously everything that you can do to get things working and heal yourself, because as soon as you have problems getting it up, you think, “Oh my gosh, I’ve got a problem”.

Then you focus on the problem and it gets worse.

You need to forget about the problem and just be in action with whatever you can do. This H•E•A•L program is going to teach you the whole gamut of things you need to do to get that back so that you can continue to be a man.

Premature Ejaculation

The next thing I want to focus on is premature ejaculation. Some people have major problems with this.

The best thing you can do is a set of exercises called Kegel exercises. Now, the best way to explain this, guys, is when you go to the toilet, you basically urinate and then stop it, and then urinate and then stop it, and then urinate and then stop it.

You’re actually strengthening the sphincter muscles that will strengthen the prostate and the muscles that are holding that ejaculation back. Then when you’re in the process of making love, the muscles are strong and you can go for a while.

When it gets to a heightened experience, you can pull back and relax and focus on your breath, because when you’re too focused on what’s going on down there, it feels really good and that’s when you can have that premature ejaculation.

If this is something that’s happening in the first minute or two of making love, obviously you want to be able to go longer to have a better experience to please your partner. Do these exercises, focus on your breath, and when the experience is becoming really heightened, pull back. You can always pull out and play and please your partner, then go again. It’s overtime and distance that you’re going to be able to go longer.

There’s a lot more that I’d like to explore with this, maybe in another video, but I can tell you that nutrition is key, exercise is key, and being in flow with your circulatory system. All these things are really going to help.

Beyond that, I’d recommend checking out H•E•A•L, doing Kegel exercises, making sure your nutrition is optimal to avoid erectile dysfunction, and then, at a later date, we’ll have a conversation specifically about sex and how to improve the qualities of sex.

What actually causes spider veins and varicose veins, and how do you get rid of them?

There are two main things that cause spider veins and varicose veins.

[thrive_leads id=’13473′]

1) Mechanical – keeping the blood flowing

Many people have a habit of sitting and crossing their legs.

So ladies especially, when you sit down and cross your legs, you’re actually cutting off circulation to your legs and that’s typically where you’re going to start to see varicose veins or spider veins.

The lack of circulation damages your arteries and veins and creates something that doesn’t look very good.

So you’ve got to train yourself not to cross your legs. You need to keep that circulation flowing.

2) Circulation and the quality of your blood

Number two is building the blood so that you have quality blood and your veins and arteries stay healthy.

There are very specific foods that reduce circulation, and I hate to say it, but it’s a really high-fat diet.

If you’re eating a high-fat, high protein diet, especially animal fats and animal proteins, you will be prone to spider veins and varicose veins. Research from Cornell University has proven that when you have a high-fat meal, your body can’t digest it all, so it shuts down something called the ‘endothelial function’ of your arteries and veins.

They can’t expand and contract the way they’re supposed to and it leads to varicose and spider veins.

One of the best things you can build your blood with is Greens. Greens contain something called chlorophyll that almost identically matches our blood plasma and what our blood consists of. If you have really healthy blood, everything is going to stay healthy because blood builds everything.

The highest plant-based source of chlorophyll is found in alfalfa. I love this plant so much. The alfalfa plant grows its roots down 10 meters to suck up all the nutrients that most other plants can’t get access to.

I’ve taken organically grown alfalfa and put it into a green drink with two other ingredients. It’s called Greens. This contains literally every nutrient known to man and is the highest source of chlorophyll.

All you have to do is take a teaspoon of it, put it into some water and drink it twice a day. This detoxifies and builds the blood with all the nutrients you may be lacking. It’s something you can do quite simply.

If you avoid the foods that are causing congestion in the circulatory system and build your blood with chlorophyll, you’ll notice a difference. It doesn’t have to be this product. It could be greens, spinach, lettuce, shard, or any type of big leafy greens.

Take a look at beetroot. It’s the highest source of nitric acid, which really helps the arteries to function the way they should. You can eat beetroot, juice it, take the tops, those big veiny looking greens and juice those or eat them in a salad.

Or you can make something called a pulstice. Take all those greens and put them in a blender. Blend them up with just a little bit of extra virgin olive oil. You take that as a pulstice and put it directly onto the spider veins. You can even wrap it up overnight and sleep with it.

So to recap…

…put a pulstice on the veins, avoid fatty foods that clog your system, build your blood with Greens and stop crossing your legs.

And the simple things to get your circulation going are long walks, exercise, enough hydration and getting out in the sun. All these basic things are going to be a major factor for avoiding these spider veins and even reversing them.

Let’s discuss thyroid conditions, and hypothyroidism specifically.

I want to talk about the mental and emotional connection to thyroid issues, and the physical connection that may contribute to hypothyroid.

The Mental and Emotional Connection

If you look at people like Louise Hay and Inna Segal, they are amazing individuals who have been able to tie our mental and emotional connections to physical conditions.

The thyroid is all about thinking “I never get to do what I want to do” and “When’s it going to be my turn?”

So many women who come to my programs have had kids, they’ve built business, they’ve got partners, they’re doing everything for their kids, doing everything for the business, doing everything for everyone else and not taking care of themselves.

This lifestyle creates a thyroid condition because the thyroid regulates metabolism. Then you put on weight and get a little bit fatter, and all of a sudden you have other self-image issues and it’s a downward spiral.

From an energetic, mental and emotional side of things, it’s important you start taking care of yourself. Today or tomorrow – make a plan, do the things you love, show up for yourself, fill your own tank first before you go out and help everybody else in the world.

The Physical Connection

The physical connection to hypothyroidism is directly related to radiation.

The thyroid is where radiation gathers in the body, from flying on planes and getting x-rays to exposure to Wi-Fi, microwaves and other things around us.

Another thing that accumulates in the thyroid is aluminium and mercury. Some people may have mercury dental fillings, or they might eat fish quite often (mercury accumulates in fish, shellfish and seafood).

There’s also potentially a lack of iodine creating a nutritional deficiency. Iodine is the main component that gets rid of radiation and helps the thyroid function.

How to Detox Your Thyroid

To get rid of heavy metals and toxicity, I recommend some type of cleansing.

You can do this by using greens. I have a product called Tolman Health Greens, which is alfalfa, barley grass and wheat grass. These actually cleanse heavy metals from the thyroid and prevent the uptake of more heavy metals, while also building your blood and giving you a vast variety of nutrition. Just simply putting a tablespoon in your water every day and drinking it will start that detoxification process.

Then start to add in more fresh fruits and vegetables, specifically mushrooms, pineapple and seaweed. Seaweed specifically is high in iodine and B12, and helps to detoxify the thyroid and get your metabolism working better. Put it in a smoothie or snack on it – this radically boosts thyroid function and improves your metabolism.

If you have a major thyroid condition, I highly recommend doing a fast. You can find lots of great information about the different types of fasting, how to prepare, what to expect while you are fasting, as well as how to break a fast properly in the Free Resources section of my website. And if you feel like you would rather fast in a supported environment, then you should definitely check out my Tolman Health Healing Hub in beautiful Bali.

Whenever you’re ready to take action, take a step in the right direction, and really look at the mental and emotional connection. And start doing what it is you love.
