Answers Q"Audio Recall":
I have a big problem with audio recall, meaning I can’t seem to do it. I don’t remember ever being able to hear other people’s voices in my mind. Even music is remembered in a peculiar silent way if at all, which has always seemed strange to me as I quite often have a strong emotional and physical response to music. How can I activate this area of my brain in a better way? ADon’s Answer: As you probably already know, there is a huge difference between auditory recognition and auditory recall. Since you have stated that you have difficulty with auditory recall here’s what I would do. First of all, there is typically enhanced sensorial competition in those that have what is referred to as auditory memory difficulties. In other words, divided attention is the actual problem. You and others with this kind of learning modality are typically unfairly accused of not paying attention, when in fact you are paying attention to all kinds of sensory input…just, not all at once. This shows up sometimes as reading patterns or (dyslexia) - a sign of true genius, although frustrating. It’s like two computers - one with enhanced memory on broadband and the other one running on dial-up. In other words, you have so many programs open and operating at the same time that you have to allow yourself “retrieval time”. Honestly, 90% of the time, it’s that simple. The problem comes with the destruction of ones self image and self esteem through the experience of formal education where tests are given in timed frame works. This doesn’t work for folks like you. Retrieval time is everything. You have been trained into a pattern of feeling inadequate or even dysfunctional when in truth you are gifted in ways not yet measured in Factory Schools. Here’s what you need to do to increase and integrate Conceptual, Linguistic, and Phonetic Modalities of learning and recall for purposes of directing regional cerebral blood flow in order to speed up auditory memory recall: Purchase ‘phonetic flash cards’ and practice them aloud and to yourself all the way through, once a day, for 90 days. Then go outside or in a part of the house so as to not disturb others and crescendo your voice from soft to loud with each of the vowel sounds: A, E, I, O U, WA, HA, YA. Do this 3 times. Do this each day for 90 days. Last of all I would use finger tapping (middle-finger) all the way around each ear (bone conduction of sound and rhythm for 6 months, do each ear for 1 full minute. I wish for you health and mostly the patience to give yourself ‘retrieval time” for auditory recall. Don’t let others impatient attitudes affect your own. Q “Skin Disorders”:
What do I do about my skin disorders (plaque?) e.g. Basal Carcinomas, Ulcerated Sores… ADon’s Answer: Any kind of disease is simply an invitation to change what you are or what you are not already doing. The solutions to maintaining and achieving wellness are always simple (Maybe not easy to do, but always simple). Lots of Sunshine, Salt Water (ocean swimming or salt water soaks) and a clean Whole Food diet. If you are determined enough to eliminate the problem of skin disorders, you need to flush out the toxins within your body. I would fast on water and/or fresh juices for 28 days …you’ll be amazed by what this does for your skin and overall health. Q“What’s the fit between Kinesthetic Movement and Memory?”
ADon’s Answer: Kinesthetic movement of coarse relates to ‘muscle memory. Dance movements or sports movement or even just walking for that matter, has everything to do with muscle memory. The body loves repetition. The brain usually abhors it for the purposes of learning. Practice of movements is how the body builds muscle memory. There is an ancient art of body movements that was taught and releases memories to the conscious mind. The anatomical sites all appear to contain memories - some past, some present and some future. This answer could be go on for volumes so I’ll leave it here not knowing for sure what you were looking for (even sleeping positions and movement stimulate memories that affect dreams) . Q“How do you go about influencing friends/ family whose minds are closed to the ideas of Self-Care and Self-Education?”
ADon’s Answer: With a spirit of happy, friendly, loving, acceptance and patience. As we become that which we do, it causes loved ones and friends to seek us out and to ask us about or enquire upon these kinds of ideas. Stay true to your truest self and you will shine as a light to those around you. Q“My brother has epilepsy – why is this so what does this mean and what part does Calcium play in his condition?”
ADon’s Answer: Epi is a prefix meaning upon. Lepsy has several roots - one of which means to seize. So, literally epilepsy means to be ‘seized upon’. Seizures can be caused by multiple means. Drugs (Prescription or otherwise), head injuries, inheritance and diet to name just a few. Studies show that blood calcium is extremely low in these individuals. When this is so, visual stimulus can set off episodes, as can breathing patterns, because brain function has everything to do with blood chemistry and light frequencies. Often times Epilepsy can be remitted completely through age (time and distance of life) as well as thru nutritional targeting. Lots of nuts, seeds and whole grains are essential. Also, the color green in clothing and in foods stimulate calcium supply to the blood. When a seizure is felt to be coming, on placing a brown paper bag over the nose and mouth and breathing into the bag for a couple of minutes which can affect the blood gases and avoid an episode. Q“When you fast for 40 days can you still function in your life (work etc.) or do you have to sit on a mountain, doing nothing except just drinking water?”
ADon’s Answer: It’s all up to the individual and dependant on what you want to achieve. Bliss and knowledge down-loads? Or just to lose the fat and clean up your conditions of symptoms of disease? I have done it both ways. So have others. The first 7-10 days are the hardest, after that it’s just boring. You’ll learn that the more you do the more you can do (to a point) but don’t exhaust yourself. Your energy goes into healing and repair, not the digestion of meals. I wish you the best if you decide to go for it. Some people (including doctors who have never fasted themselves), look at fasting as a horribly, insidiously unnecessary, dangerous, activity. Millions of people over thousands of years, even today, would beg to differ. There are medical clinics that will observe you go hungry for 5-7 days and charge you US$8,000-$10,000 if that helps you to feel safe. Keep an eye out for my 75 page booklet, “Learn to Time-Travel Fast” due out in July 2007. I think you’ll enjoy it. Q“How much sleep do we really need?”
ADon’s Answer: If you take 8 hours lying parallel to the earth in every 24 hour period, it keeps us healthy and well-thy and wise. There is evidence you don’t have to be asleep for the entire 8 hours just as long as we are prone. Q“I try to eat fairly well, however I have an addiction to chocolate. Is there specific foods that will help me overcome this and how much should I eat of it and how regularly?
ADon’s Answer: Chocolate, if left to its ‘whole food’ state without all of the synthetic and artificial additives, can be eaten as you’d eat apples or any other whole food. Chocolate targets the emotions for healing and repair. If it’s good chocolate go for it!. Q “If a newborn baby is born with a condition e.g. a Heart problem, does the mother eat the foods that would stimulate healing or could you give it directly to the baby?
ADon’s Answer: The first thing to do is to nurse (breast feed) your child and eat the foods that target the heart and blood. If the child is old enough to eat the foods directly then that’s the thing to do, each work equally well. Q“What is your view on so called ‘natural‘ supplements like Spirulina, Barley Green & Kelp?
ADon’s Answer: First of all I personally can’t recommend supplements. Supplement means not complete, fractured. ‘Complements’ on the other hand, are ‘whole’ foods. Kelp is a whole food as is barley greens. Spirulina on the other hand, is pond scum. It’s an algae that feeds on the death and waste materials (motor oil from boats etc.) in stagnant waters. Why would any thinking person stoop so low as to suck up scum off the bottom of a pond? They wouldn’t, but if someone put the scum in a pretty plastic bottle, then millions will swallow the stuff! No doubt suckers are still born every minute. Supplement companies love it, all the way to the bank. Q“How important is it to use your own, specific weekly day for fasting? As a couple we want to use the same day for fasting, but we were born on different days. Please explain, Don.”
ADon’s Answer:Families, couples, friends, communities etc. can bond ever more deeply and passionately by choosing to honor the day they all agree upon to fast (and strengthen together). They become as ONE. Q“What suggestions do you have for a breast lump when cancer has been operated on? What do you suggest to help get protection?”
ADon’s Answer: First, you need a confident attitude. Then a happy countenance and then lots of onions, garlic, capsicum, horse radish, and every tuber that you can find that you like to eat. Don’t sleep in your bra, let ‘em out once in awhile to let the lymph flow in order to de-plaque the breasts naturally. Avoid foodless foods and soda’s, energy drinks, drugs and supplements too. Q“Tell me about Haemo Iron (from meat). My body makes too much iron apparently. Why?”
ADon’s Answer: Haemolytic Anaemia(Hemolytic Anemia as it’s called in the U.S.) is typically hereditary. Unless there are symptoms of liver damage or some other symptom there is no real cause for concern, typically. Eat lots of yellow foods for the continued health of the liver. Breathe deeply for 3-4 minutes in fresh air, twice a day in order to deter the iron build up in the lungs, and avoid animals in your diet so that you do not add to secondary concentrations of iron. Spinach is also worth eating because it has been shown to balance over production of iron in the body. Q“You spoke about unclean meats. Could you elaborate more please? Also when you are fasting, do you take salt on hot days or during hard work or exercise?”
ADon’s Answer: The ancient dietary law of Egypt that Moses learned and passed on to the children of Israel consisted of three ideas when it came to eating animals. The higher law stated, “Thou shalt not kill.” The lesser law adapted to the weakest of the weak in pursuit of light and health was this…. If you are going to eat dead animals, they are divided into three categories in the book of Deuteronomy of the Judeo-Christian Bible. First, are those that are Abominable (pigs, snakes, snails, other humans etc.). The Second are the Unclean (hawks, sharks, insects, etc.) Third, are the Clean (sheep, cows, goats, chickens, etc.) These groups were defined by whether they (the animals to be eaten) were vegetarians by nature. If an animal had a split hoof and chewed a cud it was considered clean (a cow for instance). A horse (although vegetarian), has a solid hoof, so it was considered less clean or unclean to eat. Fish that had scales and fins were clean. Those with just fins or just scales were unclean (sharks have fins but no scales). Human history shows there is a lot of wisdom to this kind of animal eating. When fasting for long periods, salt can help you to give you more energy and even assist in clearing infections but salt is not necessary during a fast for hot days or exercise. It really depends on what you are wanting to achieve. Q“Learning those first 20 words – is there a visualization exercise to do this as I feel as though I need to learn by rote?”
ADon’s Answer: You will be learning it by rote until your brain naturally converts over to sound and numeric values, then it goes a lot faster and gets even faster until a complete visual break thru comes of strengthening your mental muscle is this way. Q“What is the significance of the numbers for our name?”
ADon’s Answer: Numbers in names represent aural frequencies. These numeric values show forth qualities not quantities. The vibrational qualities of a name have a profound affect on ones personality, disposition and character. So study the meanings of numbers…numerology…is what the biblical book of numbers was framed around…the 12 tribes etc. Q“I’ve been told that my fallopian tubes and ovaries are stiffed. What do you recommend for healing and regeneration of these organs? Your knowledge is inspiring, thanks for sharing.”
ADon’s Answer: Thank you for the kind words…1 cup of lemon juice fresh squeezed each day for 90 days. Then any and all tubers (under ground foods) especially garlic, onions, horse radish, and sweet potatoes. Ultimately you should try fasting. It cures all ills. Q“What type of food do we give out kids to give them a boost during school and at home?”
ADon’s Answer: Fruit, salted cheese, salted cage free eggs (hard boiled)…a big glass of water or two…and whole food candies, cookies, etc. the brain thrives on sweet…and salt. Q“My heart is in Atcial Fibrilation. I have two mechanical heart valves. I will receive cardio-version. I wonder if you have any suggestions as to how I can get it back to normal function without the cardio-version?”
ADon’s Answer: Walking regulates and stimulates heart performance so that’s number one. Salt uptake is number two with lots of water. Then add lots of green foods to your diet. It takes time for the body to heal and repair and balance itself especially after what you have been through. Be patient and not in a big hurry - you will heal. Q“How do you remember/ access ‘stuff’ I’ve learnt already?”
ADon’s Answer: Look into a mirror about 1 finger tip to elbow distance away (ancient cubit) look into your eyes and request a re-view of the things you desire to access. Do this 3 times a day and let it go. In a very short order you will be delighted by what starts to come back to you in the moment and time you need it. Drink water and eat salt. Q“I get migraines in the optic nerve which causes no pain but brings jagged vision – like yellow kids, lightning lines and it blocks out my field of vision partially. Sometimes one eye sometimes both, can strike at any time. It lasts from minutes to around an hour or two. Any ideas?”
ADon’s Answer: Drink 1 litre of water in the morning. 1 litre in the noon break and 1 litre before sundown. Put a drop of peppermint essential oil on your index finger and massage into your temples just in front of both ears. Put a drop on your upper lip and get into the fresh air and breathe deep for one full minute. I think you’ll be delighted with the results. Q“How can we use our imagination to erase old memories, beliefs, past conditioning and traumas that no longer serve us so that so we can let go, surrender and move on?”
ADon’s Answer: Passion. Find your passion. Eat it, breathe it, walk it, talk it, share it and do it all day every day. Talk to yourself about it. Your passion will heal and erase all guilt, doubt, wounds and fear. When you set out to bless others with your passion, you will live in the presence of your truest self. Q“I am wondering if you have a winning solution for treating Rosacea – the red result of temperature change, emotional response, sunshine or wine. Is it just hormonal responses, allergic response or digestive disturbance response?”
ADon’s Answer: Its causes are all of those things that you mention. Get cold pressed soybean oil and mix it 50/50 with shea butter and rub it into the area. Do this 3 times a day and get 45 minutes of sunshine everyday. Close your eyes and face the sun (first thing in the morning is best). It will heal. Q“When you speak of salt, I trust you mean PURE Salt, not table salt which has many additives for flow etc. ”
ADon’s Answer: That’s exactly what I mean. Use a good, clean solar bleached, hand raked, untouched sea or rock salt. Also, ceramic salt/pepper grinders are the best delivery of salt as it is fresh bursted, releasing ions of electrolytes for cellular photo-electric stimulation. The brain loves it! Q“How do I combat stress, especially through food?”
ADon’s Answer: Eat less drink more go 70% liquid 30% solid and watch how fast you feel on top of the world…takes 5-7 days and you begin to feel new again. Q“How do we start introducing your accelerated learning principles to real little children?”
ADon’s Answer: The Imagination Academy’s “Cottage Degree in a Box” is coming soon and you and your little ones will love it. Learning will be organic, fun, and exciting…little kids will be able to experience and learn memory at the speed of Site at it’s finest. Q“I really want to ditch my glasses. What do I need to do to achieve that?”
ADon’s Answer: I have a complete Eye Improvement Kit finished and now being produced. Until then, eat a hand full of carrots just before bedtime each night for the next 2 months. This will profoundly increase blood flow to your eyes. Wear your glasses less and less and let your eyes slowly adjust to not depending on them. Q“I have skin cancer on my nose. I already have scars from previous operations – over 40 from my neck up. So I don’t want another operation. Which are the best foods to eat and which are the best to avoid to support self-healing?”
ADon’s Answer: A raw food diet is the answer. Every night and every morning smear a layer of extra/extra virgin olive oil all over you especially your face neck and shoulders. Get 20-30 minutes of sunshine with no sun screen every day and watch it all heal. Apply onion juice or garlic juice to the sites of concern each day for 2 weeks the n switch to fresh lemon juice for 2 weeks. Q“I have a 12 year old daughter with sever Crohns Disease which has resulted in a colostomy. Can you please advise the best treatment for recurring bowel absesses below the colostomy? We don’t seem to be able to find a reason for this as nothing is passing through this part of the bowel.”
ADon’s Answer: Life is movement. For every part of the body - with her condition, the best thing you can do is buy a small trampoline and hold her hands as she jumps. Or both of you jump together on a large trampoline. Also put grape-seed oil into some of her food like baked potatoes, etc. Then also consider enemas about 2 times a week, just to clear metabolic cellular wastes from the area. Q“What is the effect of EMF radiation and mobile phones etc and how do we strengthen ourselves against its effect?”
ADon’s Answer: Always use ear phones whenever you can. Yellow foods block EMF radiation. Even yellow clothing assists in this. Technology is getting better and better in these areas so upgrade when ever you can. Q“If you are doing a job involving alot of manual work, is it still possible to do your 28 day water fast and survive (i.e. have energy to work)?”
ADon’s Answer: Not if you are not allowed to take a break when you need to. I’d do a juice fast instead and after 5 days you’ll have the energy of a horse. Q“We have two children who were born with congenital heart disease and were told they would not survive without the 7 open heart operations they have had between them. What more can we do for their future good health? ”
ADon’s Answer: Stay away from surgeons. This sounds harsh, but if you had seen the things I’ve seen you’d understand. Fear is too much with us and I pam thankful that your children are still alive and with us. And for the skills the doctors displayed by all appearances you need to be thankful, but water, salt, vegetarian diets (or mostly so), walking, playing, jumping rope are the things to do now because life is movement. It can’t be stressed enough that health comes of a happy heart. Hug them, smile with them, play with them and feed them lots of red yellow and orange foods. Q“Most water schemes in NZ have chlorine fluoride etc added to their water. We have installed a distiller and we are adding Redmonds salt to our drinking water. Are we still able to intake essential minerals lost in distilling from high fruit and vegetable diet?”
ADon’s Answer: Absolutely…100%...keep up the high end performance. Q“What are your views on microwave ovens? Does it destroy nutritional value of food?”
ADon’s Answer: Yes they do. We should avoid them. They change the molecular structure and the chemical structures of the phyto-lytic chemistry of nutrition itself. If they are used it should be limited. Low water content foods are fine e.g. popcorn. Q“My son has diabetes. What specifically would be able to help repair his condition?”
ADon’s Answer: Cinnamon is number one (put it into drinks and foods like applesauce etc.). Number two is fresh fruit. Avoid sugar free drinks and foods at all costs. Eat sweet potatoes, veggies, nuts seeds (raw) and do plenty of walking and running and he’ll heal. Q“I have very low platelets. I have been told to drink Chinese wolfberry juice. Is this safe during pregnancy? And do you have any other suggestions to increase my platelet count as I want to do so before giving birth early next year?”
ADon’s Answer: Spinach, spinach, spinach…and all green foods…lots of fruits/veggies…nuts and seeds. Q“Does the memory/remembering process become harder as we age? i.e. is the numbers game harder for over 50s?”
ADon’s Answer: No not necessarily, it all comes down to distractions and lack of interest and disorganization. If there is a real memory mental problem, then a raw food diet will clean it up within 6-12 months. Eat lots of nuts, salt and drink plenty of water. Q“Are you aware of people like Anastasia? And do you believe in people being able to transport both across the world and through time by using your imagination?”
ADon’s Answer: Mental projection is real as is emotional projection. Is physical projection real? I feel it is - but that no one on this earth can, in 3 dimensional physical reality do it yet. Will it come? I believe so - and not too far into the distant future. I have just finished a manuscript for my book called, Time-Travel a 21st Century Flight Manual, look out for it the later part of 2007. Q“How do you approach specific learning delays which are the result of visual or auditory processing and involve fine motor issues with children?”
ADon’s Answer: Puzzles, Jig Saw Puzzles. All of the neuro-motor response studies show that finding and connecting puzzle pieces is the most rewarding activity ever put together. Start with large easy ones, then move to more complex ones…it’s amazing what it does for children. Q“How do I teach my toddler daughter to use her imagination?”
ADon’s Answer: Point to things and ask her what it is and what it does and if she can see other uses for it. Like a paper clip, what if it was 30 times it’s size then what could it hold or do? What if a car had wings? What if a bicycle could blow bubbles - how would that happen? Take her to a department store and have her connect different products to each other to see what could be made. Have her choose photo’s to represent the 12 months of the year and then put a calendar together. These kinds of things stimulate create magus within the right hemisphere of the brain. Have her tell you her dreams every morning - dreams are pure imagination. Ask her what she thinks her dreams mean and ask her what she is thinking about when she is quite. Ask her to picture people she knows in her mind and describe them and say something they might say. Ask her if she has any imaginary friends? You’ll go further with this as you know her personally…but this is a great place to start. Q“Is imagination affected by being right or left handed?”
ADon’s Answer: Yes. Left handed people are the only people in their “right” minds! The left side of the body stimulates the right part of the brain and vice versa. When we use the less dominant hand or leg or foot, we shift the photo-electric-chemistry of the Nervous system to the other side of the brain. When we use both sides equally, well we a more whole brain thinkers. That’s why the poster AmbiBraindrius is a brilliant tool. Master it as a start of reversals and dominance of brain/anatomy function. Q“When you experience a major shock, trauma or grief, it can affect your body, your emotions, your spirit and something happens in your brain? A friend of mine just had a stroke and I need to know more.”
ADon’s Answer: We are no longer taught how to grieve. A death of a loved one or other shock/trauma can be too much for the entire nervous system and it shuts down or bursts. Please read feeding your emotions in the FDR. It’s no accident that black is the color that people wear to funerals. There are smart traditions that need to be understood. Color is the key - foods, clothing, rooms, shades/glasses and more - even the color of our words and thoughts. Q“I have an Xbox 360 and I was just wondering how many hours a week do you think I should play?”
ADon’s Answer: You should work towards 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of work/school and 8 hours of play/social/community. 2-3 hours a day you’re your Xbox would be the ideal in what new technologies bring to the creative imagination, then give the whole thing a break. Skip a day once in a while - maybe every third day, do it spontaneously so that your brain is surprised and hungry to find other avenues of interests and interaction. Q“I have a candida based allergy, long term chronic fatigue, leaky gut history and weak digestion. Where do I start?”
ADon’s Answer: You need to fast for 13-21 days on water or fresh juices to start with. This will correct every symptom you listed. Your body needs an internal rest and cleaning. If you do this, you will be shocked at the complete repair and renewed Energy for Life you’ll carry. Q“Why is there so much ‘separation’ in the world? And what is your vision for the next 5, 10, 20+ years for people and the planet?”
ADon’s Answer: Wow, that’s a big question, but here goes…We are on the “cusp” of a New Age as we go from Pisces (2000 years is an age) into a new order of things - The Age of Imagination known to the world as the Age of Aquarius. This is just the Ancient Phoenician division of time. It takes 26,000 years for our solar system, in which our planet lives and flies around to make a complete round of the Galaxy. This goes back to the 12 + 1 idea of all the Ancient civilizations: Moses and the 12 Tribes (the names of the tribes are simply the Hebrew expressions of the same zodiac (Hebrew Mazzaloth) name of the Phoenicians). It’s the same with Jesus and the 12 disciples and the 12 months of the Sun’s Year and the 12 Signs of the Zodiac etc. (each group used the same “ideas” just different names and symbols). Man was a microcosm of the earth, the earth a microcosm of the solar system the solar system a microcosm of the galaxy, and the galaxy a microcosm of the entire Cosmos. As Times shift from the old to the new things do seem “separated” or “screwy”. There is created a line of division in people: Those who love new ideas and technologies, arts, crafts etc. of the new Age and then those that are freaked out and threatened by them. Time and our experience of it, is in relationship to the magnitude of size and speed of the matter upon which we dwell, as well as the condition of the matter IN which we dwell (our bodies). Ancient peoples noticed that the position of the stars in the canopy above us could be understood by observing the affect of the times and seasons around us. That each 12 month (moonth) period (actually 13 lunar periods of 28 days each) had very specific presentations of plants, animals, insects, weather, etc…these were “signs” of the “natures of the nature” around them. By increasing the Magnitude of time to larger bodies of matter and their distance/times…they could know the season of the galaxy as it moved through the cosmos. There is Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter in the seasons and 3 months to each season and signs to each of the 3 months of a given season. For instance, if you were born in September/October or the sign of Libra, you would have the traits that are common to the plants, animals and insects and minerals that are active/born/growing in that same time frame. The earth as she flies through space and time, exudes the same nature as Libra for instance, just on a larger scale and everything on earth lives within that same pattern of energy/traits. And so on up the scale of magnitudes to the Galactic level or Age. This Age in which we now find our planet and ourselves in will show the traits that are common to the “nature” of Aquarius or the age of Imagination which is simply a synonym for Aquarius. The next 5, 10, and 20 years will see the chaos of some people embracing and some people fighting the change of seasons and the gifts of intelligence that comes with it. I for one am thankful to be alive in this Age - an age that has been prophesied of, written about on scrolls, stories passed through time mouth to ear around campfires, and dreamed about for thousands of years. Each individual that embraces the attitude of the qualities of this Age will be at peace and fulfilled and a blessing to humanity. Those that are threatened by the creative changes of thought, philosophy, technologies, arts crafts and more will be miserable and even violent to others even to animals and the planet herself. It is for this cause, that I want to bring the Revolutions of Self-Care and Self-Education to the front of peoples thinking…these are the very foundations to embracing the Age in which we find ourselves. Q“What is “the perfect meal” you talk about – and why is it the perfect meal? ”
ADon’s Answer: The perfect meal is in Natures Phinest in the FDR.
