Privacy Policy

We do not sell or rent our mailing list to any third party.   As an Australian company, Ynoteduk8 Pty. Ltd. operates under some of the strictest privacy legislation in the world and we are very aware and respectful of those laws.

Product Refund and Delivery Terms

Product orders are despatched from our warehouse on the same day or the next working day following receipt of your order (subject to stock availability).  All products are shipped via FASTWAY couriers or AUSTRALIA POST.

You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 7 working days, depending on your location within Australia. Please quote a fixed delivery address when placing your product order as FASTWAY is unable to deliver to a "PO BOX" address. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you upon receipt of your order to advise of the waiting time until the product is available for delivery.  If the waiting time is unsuitable, we will happily cancel your order and refund the total monies paid.

If by chance you are unsatisfied with your product when you receive it, the product may be returned for a full refund within 7 days from the day that you received it, provided that you pay for the cost of returning the product to us and provided that it is returned to us in re-saleable order.  In this instance, we reserve the right to deem a product as un-saleable if it is in unsatisfactory condition when it is returned.

Should you choose to return any product with request for full refund, all bonus products (orginally included as *free*) must be paid in full at the RRP determined by Don Tolman International, or alternatively offset with any refund monies owing. 

Bonus products included in any offer will only remain recongised as *free* should no refund or return be requested by the customer.

Bonus products and offers are subject to change without notice.

Please be aware that during peak delivery periods such as Christmas and Easter, there may be slight delays in your order reaching you.  Please let us know if you have not received your order within the expected time frame and we will happily track it for you.

Spam Compliance

Ynoteduk8 Pty. Ltd. is fully compliant with the Australian Spam Act of 2003:

Emails are never sent unsolicited. We only send email campaigns to those people who have either "opted in" to our mailing list via our website or have attended one of our events.

At any time, you may unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking on the HTML link at the bottom of any of our emails or you can contact us via phone or email with a request to be removed from our mailing list and we will effect this immediately.

The clickable HTML link at the bottom of our emails can also be used to change your email 'preferences' at any time.

Please note that Ynoteduk8 Pty. Ltd. cannot guarantee or accept responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of websites to which we provide links.
