About the Author
When Thug Kitchen was first launched, the authors were anonymous and it was only later revealed that Michelle Davis and Matt Holloway, both 29, are the pair behind Thug Kitchen.
The Thugs work out of Davis' ground-floor one-bedroom apartment, developing, testing, and shooting all recipes that appear on the site themselves. Davis is responsible for recipe development and a first pass at most of the writing on the site, while Holloway handles all photography.
