Fruit Juice... Healthy or Unhealthy?
Many people think that 'fruit juice' is good for you.
Firstly, 'yes' any type of fruit juice - without additives - is a far better alternative to most commercial soda pops or sports drinks on the market today.
Far better, is to go for freshly squeezed, or better still, raw cold pressed juice. Most pre-packaged fruit juices you'll find on the super market shelf have been high temperature pasteurised destroying nearly all of the nutrients, or they're laced with preservatives to give them a longer shelf life.
