About the Author
David Bailey was head chef at the London Wholefood branch of renown vegan restaurant Saf. He and his wife Charlotte now sell their award-winning vegan food in London and at festivals all over Britain via their citroen van Wholefood Heaven. They recently won the Best Main Dish award in the British Street Food Awards. David has also featured on Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage Veg.
